What is the easiest way to buy tickets?
The easiest way to buy tickets is via the website. You can view our entire programme by clicking here.
What are the possible ways to get my tickets?
Your e-tickets are available under my pages. Furthermore, a link to your tickets can be found in the booking confirmation sent by email after purchase.
Collection at the Box Office: You can collect your tickets at the Box Office at Malmö Live during out opening hours.
Can I pay with cash at the Box Office?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash payment at the Box Office, and payment can only be made with credit or debit card.

Are discounts available for children, youth, students and senior citizens?
Child discount: The availability of child discount at certain concerts is indicated when you select your seat(s). The age limit for child discount is generally 17 years of age (unless otherwise stated)
Youth discount: The availability of youth discount at certain concerts is indicated when you select your seat(s). The age limit for youth discount is generally 26 years of age (unless otherwise stated)
Student discount: The availability of student discount at certain concerts is indicated when you select your seat(s). You will need to show your student ID at the entrance to the auditorium if the usher asks you to do so.
Senior citizen discount: The availability of senior citizen discount at certain concerts is indicated when you select your seat(s). You are deemed to be a senior citizen from the age of 65 or if you receive full-time disability pension. You will need to show proof of age/disability pension at the entrance to the auditorium if the usher asks you to do so.
Bag restrictions
We do not have a complete bag ban at concerts organized by Malmö Live Concert Hall. You can bring a small handbag inside, with a maximum size of approximately 30 x 30 cm.
Please note that external organizers may have other regulations for their events at our venues.
Cloak room
The cloak room opens one hour before the concert and is free of charge. The exception is for events at Malmö Live organized by external organizers. For external events, the cloakroom fee is 30 SEK per person.
Discounts for group bookings
At some events we offer a discount for group bookings where the party exceeds 10 people. If you wish to make a group booking, please contact our Box Office.
What is a restricted view (lyssnarplats) ticket?
A restricted view ticket is a ticket for a seat with a restricted or very restricted view. These tickets are cheaper than tickets for other seats.
Who needs a ticket?
Everyone who attends a concert needs a ticket, regardless of age.
What is the age limit for your events?
At most of our concerts and performances, we have a recommended age limit, which is indicated at each event on our website.
If there is no age limit, the following applies: concerts with amplified sound have an age limit of 13 years due to the sound level, this is according to Swedish law. At events where alcohol is served, the age limit is 18 and valid identification is required.
Can I use the Malmönyckeln card or similar certification at Malmö Live Concert Hall?
Malmö Live Concert Hall collaborates with Malmönyckeln – a card designed to make it easier or possible for people with disabilities to participate. With the help of the Malmönyckeln card, a disabled person may take along a support person to our concerts with the Malmö Symphony Orchestra at no extra cost. It is the cardholder who chooses the support person. Equivalent cards or certificates from other municipalities are also valid at Malmö Live Concert Hall, to ensure equal opportunity for everyone. Please remember to have your Malmönyckeln card or equivalent card/certificate available when you visit us or buy tickets.
What are the terms and conditions for refunds?
We do not offer ticket refunds. If you have a ticket to one of MSO:s subscription concerts, it is possible to change to another subscription concert within the same season, no later than 3 days before the original concert. A fee of 30 SEK per ticket will be charged.

Can I buy tickets via the secondary market?
We do not recommend that you purchase second hand tickets to Malmö Live Concert Hall due to the risk of incorrect/fake tickets being sold on such markets. We take no responsibility for incorrect/fake tickets that have been purchased via a secondary market.
Where can I buy a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be purchased online or via the Box Office. The gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and are applicable to all concerts where Malmö Live Concert Hall sells the tickets. This also applies to pre-ordering food and beverage for intermissions, but not for purchases on site at our bars.
