Who is angry?

One of Stina Wirsén's many popular children's books comes to life in this performance about the teddy bear and the cat. And this time the teddy bear is angry!

A teddy bear. She builds. And a yellow cat who wants to join in. But he can't! Through dance, Stina Wirsén's figures the cat and the teddy bear take shape in the room. It becomes a breathtaking, playful and emotionally intense performance, based on the picture book Who is angry?.

Newly written music, luminous scenography and specially designed costumes. The performance was developed by Waileth & Bardon's artistic team in consultation with special educators at Malmö City's pedagogical team as well as children and staff at several preschools in Malmö. The encounter with the living, moving characters, the colorful scenography and the playful music deepens and enriches the children's reading experience and understanding of the story's themes.

The wordless communication of the dance speaks directly to the children. The story is played twice, giving the audience the opportunity to process the experience and recognize what is happening.
