Love Actually
As the December darkness descends, we invite you to an atmospheric evening of music and film, in the spirit of Christmas cheer and great emotions - an exclusive experience inspired by the beloved rom-com classic Love Actually.
Love Actually is not only a beloved Christmas film, it also has a fantastic soundtrack full of unforgettable songs. We want to highlight that this evening. With music by Joni Mitchell, Otis Redding, Texas, Dido, Beach Boys, Norah Jones and Kelly Clarkson, the evening begins with a series of musicians and soloists (to be presented shortly), who interpret the songs that give the film its emotional power – from joy and infatuation to longing and hope. During the break, there is the opportunity to enjoy bubbles and a cheese platter in Bistro Live before the evening continues with a screening of Love Actually on the big screen in our grandiose concert hall – a perfect setting for one of the most beloved films of Christmas.
With famous actors such as Emma Thompson, Hugh Grant and Liam Neeson and directed by Richard Curtis, Love Actually has become a real audience favorite that offers both laughter and tears. Through a collection of loosely connected stories that all take place during a hectic month before Christmas in London, we get to know the mystery of love in depth. Love Actually is a real feel-good film that captures all sides of love – from infatuation, longing and passion to lifelong relationships and deep friendship.
Bring your best friend or maybe the friend you've missed and haven't seen in years. Come alone or maybe with your grandmother, cousin or neighbor who also loves romcoms and emotional bangers. This will be a full evening where we intertwine our fingers with both film and music in a work that unites generations in December every year.
