Baby Rhythmics // Autumn 2026

Singing and music at an early age is good for both young children and their parents. Parents who sing with their baby train the child's language skills and the bond between parent and baby is strengthened.

Here we start from our heartbeats and our own curiosity when we explore the world of music. The session lasts about 30 minutes and is aimed at adults with children aged 0-18 months. The leader is Lina Hovstadius, with many years of experience in leading baby rhythms.

NOTE: The groups are adapted to the age of the children, so in order for the child and parent to have a nice experience, please respect the age recommendations of the different groups.
